Steak and chicharrone breakfast burrito! Let's go!

Wonderful place to stop for some food. Delicious, easy, great staff. Love it.

Best breakfast burritos in Colorado. The chili is always on point. I used to live near by when it was big mamas but now still drive from the other side of town most weekends for a delicious smothered burrito.

This little burrito & taco shop is super friendly, patient with my zillion questions and best of all taste. We ordered breakfast burrito with chorizo and medium hot green chili since it was our first time. Next time I’ll order the hot green chili, medium has a great taste and has a touch of heat. I just want to mention again how kind the staff area

Food is fresh, simple, and delicious! Love the breakfast burritos and super yummy green chili. Addicted to this place!

Had the chorizo breakfast burrito......finally a great burrito with perfect balance of filings, heat, and size!!!! That green chili alone will bring me back! The owner is very nice as well! With so many options for breakfast burritos around here, this makes my top list!

A family owned popular Mexican Food spot. The people working inside are very courteous and upbeat. The crispy pulled pork tacos were stuffed, large and tasty! Huge sides and absolutely plenty to eat for the medium costs, best rates I’ve found in some time. The breakfast Burritos are also beyond a best choice, bring your appetite!

Let me preface this by saying that I have had A LOT of breakfast burritos from all around Colorado. I'm somewhat of a BB connoisseur. Read what I'm about to say carefully. El Jefe. Has. The. Best. Breakfast. Burrito. In. The. State. What used to be Big Mama's is now El Jefe, and the food has only gotten better. For those of you who haven't had the fortune of trying one of these burritos then let me try to explain it for you. The price to pay to live in the lap of luxury is 4 for the daily special, and you my friend are about to cruising. The size of the burrito has been carefully calculated to fill you up perfectly. Inside the burrito you will bite into creamy clouds of potatoes, delicate bits of eggs, cheese, and to top it all off the most flavorful and perfectly balanced green chile money can buy. This is the stuff your 88 year old Spanish grandmother salivates over. If destiny favors you and chorizo is the meat of the day then prepare to indulge. If not, order chorizo. The spicy freshness will have you coming back for more time and time again. I love spicy food, and the heat level on this is on point. Not too spicy, but enough heat to get you going. The combination of the chorizo and medium green chile mixes around in your mouth like some kind of flavor vortex, leaving nothing to be desired. Do yourself a favor and drive through this place next time your on this side of town (or the opposite) and elevate your pallette.
